Admit card has been uploaded on the official website for the post of ANM Eligible and interested candidates can download their admit card with the help of Registration ID and Password.

There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. Examination is conduct on 5th, 11th and 12th Jan 2024. Mock test facility is also available on the website check below for mock test link. Print downloaded Admit card on an A4 size paper using a laser printer. Admit Card will valid only if the candidate's photograph and signature images are legibly printed. Under no circumstances admission at the examination center will be allowed without the Admit Card.Please note that it is MANDATORY TO BRING A PRINTED COPY of the downloaded Admit Card. Please read the instructions mentioned in the ADMIT CARD carefully and bring only REQUIRED ADDITIONAL ITEMS as mentioned in the Instructions. The Instructions are mentioned below: BTSC reserves the right to verify the identity and genuineness of each candidate by taking thumb impression and photograph of the candidate or by other means. In order to get entrance into examination center candidates must have to bring following documents: Printed ADMIT CARD of BTSC Patna and only Black Ball Pen(ALL CANDIDATES. No Exceptions), No material/paper including the envelope of the Admit Card is allowed in the Examination Hall. Original Photo ID card issued by the Competent Govt. Authority such as: Aadhar Card/ PAN Card/ Driving License/Bank Passbook/ Elector's Photo ID Card (EPIC)/ Passport containing photograph of candidate. No photocopies/Scanned copy will be accepted. Candidate must bring his/her two passport size colored photographs not older than two months and affix on the desired location on the admit card and signed at provided area in presence of the invigilator at the time of exam. No candidate shall be allowed to bring Mobile Phones or any other means of Wireless Communication, either in the working or switch-off mode, Calculators, and any kind of Electronic Gadgets inside the Examination Hall. No candidate will be allowed to carry any sort of watches/ jewelry / tie pin/ hair clips / lockets /pen / water bottle or any other suspicious material of any kind. If any candidate is found with any such articles in his/ her possession, his/ her candidature shall be cancelled summarily, and this will entail legal action. Bihar Technical Service Commission, Patna, will not provide any arrangement for custody of such articles. Any unruly behavior/ disturbance at the Examination Hall will be viewed seriously and may entail legal proceedings against the concerned candidate. Copying or noting down questions is strictly prohibited and any such attempt will lead to disqualification of the candidate. Please note that no arrangement would be provided for the safe custody of Mobiles, Bags etc. at the center. Examination center is not responsible for safe keeping of your belongings at the center. Only Visually Handicapped (VH) candidates or with disability in the dominant hand with equal to or more than 40% handicap and Cerebral Palsy Candidates (who have already mentioned in their applications) will be allowed to bring their own Scribe assistance as per the rules, only if they opt for same during making choice for their Centre. The Institute will not be responsible to make any exception or consideration if any candidate fails to declare same and make correct choice while making choice for his/her center. Scribe accompanying the candidate is required to bring his / her Government approved Photo ID and follow all rules as mentioned in the Admit Card. This does not give any guarantee for employment/admission. If it is found later at any stage that any candidate does not fulfill any of the conditions of eligibility as Advertised, his/her candidature will be cancelled. Candidate should satisfy himself / herself that he / she fulfil as all the conditions of eligibility to avoid any disappoint. Rough sheets will be provided for calculation which must be returned after the test. Candidate must clearly write his/her name and Roll No. on each rough sheet. Jurisdiction for disputes, if any, is exclusively before competent courts at Patna only. No Candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall until full examination time is over. Admit card is to be handed over to the Test Centre Administrator/Invigilator in the examination hall along with the self-attested photocopy of the photo identity proof (as mentioned above). You will signature on the declaration provided on the admit Card in the presence of the Invigilator. Candidate is advised to keep a candidate copy of the admit card for their future reference. In case, change in the name by the candidate after/before marriage, the candidate must bring the original matriculation certificate along with original Identification Card. The identity of the candidate will be matched from the proofs to be provided by the candidate. Candidates are required to register themselves on Biometric system before commencement of Test, therefore, for capturing Bio-metric data, candidates are advised not to apply any external material on their hands/foot like mehendi, ink etc. Once the Biometric attendance/Capturing of photograph at the Registration Desk is done, such candidate will not be allowed to leave the Exam Room/Hall before end of the online test/examination. In order to familiarize with the online Computer Based Test/Examination, the candidates are advised to go through the demo (mock test) available on the website www.btsc.bih.nic.in The compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour of examination will be allowed only to such PwD (Persons with Disabilities) candidates who is eligible for the facility of Scribe as per rule as mentioned. Such VH/OH candidates will have to bring their own scribe (writer for CBT) along with duly filled prescribed proforma at the examination center on the day of examination for verification. Candidate is advised to read the “Online Examination Instructions” carefully for computer-based test/exam available on the website https://www.btsc.bih.nic.in Please retain this admit card carefully for future records as the same is required to be produced at the time of skill test/interview/checking of documents.
