Portal will be opened on 07-01-2023 to 08-01-2023. Timing : 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, The cost of the preliminary application from is Rs: 600 if you pay with UPI it add some tax money. Fee will not be refuded. The preliminary Application from will have to be filled in and submitted on the date mentioned in the website i.e. 15-01-2023. Attach the photostat copies of each of the following certificates or documents mentioned below with the preliminary application form.

• Birth Certificate from the Municipal Corporation.
  Age should be 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 on 31st March, 2023.
• Baptism Certificate and a letter from the Parish Priest for Catholic / Christains
• Immunization record.
• Anu one of the following documents to be furnished.
• Aadhar card of Candidate / Aadhar card of the Parent / Passport
• Copy of the School Identity Card if any, of own elder sister studying in this school.
• Caste Certificates for Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe, Backward Caste and OBS's from Competent Authority.

Note:

• Original Certificate should not be attached to the Preliminary Application Form
• Parents must accompany the child at the time of verification of documents.
• Incomplete form will be rejected.
• The School does not provide any transport facility.
• Please take a print our of the Preliminary Form.
